- Travel expenses. For online participation, internet communication fees and bank transfer fees at the time of transfer.
- 8) Payment Terms
- Payment by the end of the month following the month-end closing, or prepayment depending on the content of the Services.
- 9) Payment Method
- Bank transfer to designated bank account (transfer fees are borne by the applicant)
- 10) Service Delivery Date
- The date of each Service implementation. Please refer to the details provided at the time of application.
- 11) Cancellation Policy

Individual Applicants:
- After application, we do not accept refunds, returns due to absence, or course changes for any reason at the applicant's convenience.
Corporate Applicants:
- ・4 weeks or more before the Service implementation date: No cancellation fee
- ・2 to 4 weeks before the Service implementation date: Cancellation fee of 30% of the quoted amount
- ・Within 2 weeks before the Service implementation date: Cancellation fee of 70% of the quoted amount
- ・Within 1 week before the Service implementation date: Cancellation fee of 100% of the quoted amount
*For training programs that include meals, please contact us as early as possible for cancellations, as we consult with the chef in advance to specify the menu and prepare ingredients. Additionally, for table manners training that includes meals, the cancellation policy of the restaurant used may apply. Please also provide accurate information about allergies at the time of reservation.
